At SKYFLD: • improved onboarding design for web and mobile, reducing drop-offs in last month by 33%, • designed and launched a mobile scouting feature for Advisors, using user feedback to improve task success rates, • gathered user feedback to refine the web dashboard, improving navigation efficiency and user task completion rates, • developed an unified design system for both mobile and web (MUI & M3 based), improving consistency and development time. At Plantix: • optimised the Plantix Farmer app, (serving 8M yearly active users), by redesigning popular features (Dukaan, Ledger Book, Profit Calculator) to reduce friction points, • enhancing feature adoption via UX research and user testing, • designed the Carbon Credits pilot program to motivate tree planting among farmers, the MVP was welcomed with positive feedback (71.43%) and low rate of user confusion, • led the design system team and collaborating cross-functionally with update for M2 → M3, to ensure seamless migration and low error rate.
